SCHRITT 01
1. Falte das Blatt zuerst in der Mitte entlang der Linie in ABB. 1 und öffne es wieder. Markiere die Viertellinie oben wie in ABB. 1 gezeigt.
SCHRITT 02
2. Falte dann die untere linke Ecke zur oberen Viertellinie entlang der gestrichelten Linie in ABB. 1, sodass du ABB. 2 erhältst. Achte darauf, dass die Klappe genau von der Mittellinie zur oberen Viertellinie gefaltet wird, sonst wird der Flieger unsymmetrisch.
SCHRITT 03
3. Falte dann die obere linke Ecke zur oberen Viertellinie entlang der gestrichelten Linie in ABB. 2, sodass du ABB. 3 erhältst.
SCHRITT 04
5. Falte jetzt die linke Spitze zur Falte aus Schritt 4 entlang der gestrichelten Linie in ABB. 4
SCHRITT 05
6. Falte jetzt die stumpfe linke Kante zur Falte aus Schritt 4 entlang der gestrichelten Linie in ABB. 5 und falte das Ganze über die Falte aus Schritt 4, sodass du ABB. 6 erhältst

7. Falte jetzt entlang der markierten Mittellinie auf ABB. 6, sodass du ABB. 7 erhältst

8. Falte jetzt die Flügel entlang der gestrichelten Linien in ABB. 7 nach unten

I would advise you to throw this paper airplane inside overarm as hard as you can almost level with the ground but perhaps (if anything) tilted slightly up towards the sky when you release the paper airplane.
You could also throw it underarm as hard as you can in the air. If it catches a breeze outside then it will fly a long way if you do this. You could also throw it overarm outside.
